JV and Varsity Games Cancelled - March 2, 2010

The JV and Varsity games scheduled for today, March 2, 2010, has been cancelled due to field condition.

Today’s Varsity game against East Gadsden has been rescheduled for Monday, 3/22/10 at 7 p.m. at Florida High.
This is a district game and had to be rescheduled before April.

Today’s JV game against East Gadsden has not been rescheduled yet.

The JV game against Maclay that is scheduled for Monday, 3/22/10 has been changed to start at 4:00 p.m.

Middle School Game Cancelled - February 24, 2010

The Middle School game scheduled for today, February 24, 2010, has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

Varsity will be playing at Rickards High School this week for the Pre-Season Classic. The game schedule is:

Mandatory Parent Meeting

Mandatory Parent Meeting (PARENTS ONLY - all teams)
When: Thursday, January 28, 2010
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Where: Florida High Cafeteria

*This is a mandatory meeting for parents only. We are planning a “meet and greet” dinner. The meat will be provided
and each team will be responsible for bringing additional items.

Middle School - Required to bring “iced down” 12 pack of canned sodas and/or water.
Varsity/JV— Last names “A-K” bring some kind of casserole; Last names “L-Z” bring a salad or vegetable.

Player packets will be distributed at this meeting. Sign-up sheets for Concession, Gate and Announcers will be ready… so bring your calendars. See you there!

Work Day

A work day is scheduled for Saturday, December 5th at 10:00 a.m. All returning players and parents are encouraged to come out and help around the field supporting the baseball program. A sign-up sheet will be circulated during the meeting… don’t forget to sign up. Items needed for work day include chain saws, edgers, drills, hammers, levels, shovels, ladders and wheelbarrows. If you can bring any of these items, please make a notation on the sign-up sheet.
